Everything was really good, fantastic location right by the tram stop if you wanted to go to other areas, the staff were cooperative. The room was well heated with a storage and a safe box, magnificent views. The food was tasty, had a lot of options.

Overall a pleasant overnight experience, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff is absolutely courteous, the breakfast gorgeous, the location is unbeatable so close to restaurants/cafes, and the grand bazaar. The guest room is functional and contemporary. It has modern interior design and superb view of the Istanbul skyline.
